The Home Assessment

This 60-minute consultation is dedicated to getting to know you and your soon-to-be organized home. The Home Organized wants to learn about the mechanics of your home, your family’s schedule, and your organizational goals. As a result we will be able to provide a personalized organization plan on how to make every space a part of the home you’ve always wanted. The Home Assessment is the first step in our signature process. So if you’re ready to have your home work best for you, we dedicate this session to you! Cheers!

The Home Organization

This is our most booked service, following The Home Organized signature approach to organizing your home. Every client, every space is different. However, our goal is to create solutions to serve each individual client and family. This service covers a variety of types of organization, in a variety of spaces including: kitchen and pantry organization, bathroom organization, bedroom storage solutions, closet organization and design, playroom organization, holiday decor organization, nursery set-up. As a full-service firm, we include a personalized plan, design a custom system for your space, and install products.

The Home Refresh

For clients who desire the occasional touch-up we offer a refresh of your space. Systems will be restored, styled, and re-labeled as needed. We also offer weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly check ups for those who want a little more hands on customization. The listed price is an hourly rate and includes two -four professional organizers.

Simplify the Move

We know first hand how stressful and overwhelming a move can be. The Home Organized takes the pressure off your move and makes this the enjoyable, exciting experience that it should be. Let us carry the load from start to finish to help ensure a seamless transition and a peaceful, new home. Our custom solutions in this service may include: pre-move purge, staging to sell, moving inventory, move-in coordination, unpacking and organizing, and stocking food / essentials.

Step 1: Create a Plan

Creating a plan allows The Home Organized to understand where things need to go and how they could best function. This step involves taking measurements, moving things around, determining the best products for the client, investment range, determining style and aesthetic choices, and getting to know the client and family as they relate to their spaces. These varying elements combined help Clara to form a perfect organizational plan.

Step 2: Declutter + Simplify
Step 2: Declutter + Simplify

This step isn’t always so pretty, but it’s one of the most important. It begins by pulling everything out so we can see everything at once. From there we sift through and begin creating categories of items. Once we’ve streamlined the process we then have the client walk through the items with us deciding what they want to keep and what to give away. This step of the process goes more quickly than one might assume, and is essential to making sure we aren’t just organizing clutter.

This is when we start putting the puzzle back together in location and making sense of it all according to plan. The goal is to make sure everything is easy to see, functions well, and is navigable for our clients.

Step 4: Product Install

As we organize we implement the product. Product implementation is seeing what works best in the spaces we are organizing. The goal is to only use products that look beautiful and feel right in their function. This is a design aspect of organizing, where we marry product to the space so that it feels fluid and intentional.

Step 5: Haul Away the Rest
Step 5: Haul Away the Rest

The final step is when we take all donations and trash from the home so it is truly out of sight and out of mind for our clients. The end result is a beautiful, new organizational system. Everything is taken care of and simplified to optimum functioning within our client’s home.
